After the news of the Florida shooting in Jacksonville emerged on Sunday, Ivanka Trump, the president’s daughter and a senior presidential adviser, put out a tweet — and promptly received thousands of negative reactions to her expression of heartache early Sunday evening over the events in Florida, as Breitbart reported.
Two people died at the hands of a shooter, and many others were wounded — and the shooter then turned the gun on himself and took his own life.
Jacksonville authorities identified the shooter as 24-year-old David Katz of Baltimore, Maryland.
Katz was competing in the tournament, but his motive in firing multiple shots remains unclear at this time.
The shooting occurred at a Madden video game tournament in downtown Jacksonville.
Ivanka Trump made clear in her tweet that, while all the details of the shooting were not in at that point, she nevertheless wanted to let people know she and her family were watching and hurting for the victims involved — and all those close to them.

“As we await further details, our hearts are with Jacksonville and all those affected by today’s tragic mass shooting,” first daughter Ivanka Trump wrote, and then added a red heart emoji to her message.

Many liberals weren’t sitting still for an expression of sympathy by Ivanka Trump.
And many of them began to share their beliefs connected to guns, gun reform, and gun rights.
One tweeted, “After #Parkland you & your father had an opportunity to affect real change in gun reform. Instead you chose the NRA. Your time in the White House is coming to an end. You’ll leave knowing when you had a chance to save children’s lives, you took the easy way out & stayed silent.”

Another tweeted out, “If your heart truly is with Jacksonville please talk to your father and have him start being honest with the American people. The presidency isn’t a realty [sic] TV show and his drama, hate and bullying is setting a bad example increasing violence both online and in real life. Help!”

You're right. GOP DOES care about the pre-born.
It's after they're born they don't give a damn.Separating families with no intent to reunite. Locking children in cages, causing lifetime harm.#CHIP #SNAP #Medicaid #Healthcare
