Robbery task force detectives on Thursday night arrested 30-year-old Kino Jimenez, who is suspected of attacking a group of teenage boys at a San Antonio Whataburger on July 4, multiple outlets reported on Friday morning.

The Universal City Police Department took Jimenez into custody without incident from his home in Universal City, Texas.

San Antonio Police Department officials said the suspect will be charged with theft from person, a state felony, as KSAT — a television station in San Antonio — reported.

In a video that quickly went viral earlier this week, Jimenez is seen verbally assaulting a trio of 16-year-old boys in the fast-food restaurant.

The video — which includes some very foul language on his part, including a racial slur — shows him viciously throwing a drink in the boys’ faces and taking Hunter Richard’s MAGA hat, reportedly tearing out some of Richard’s hair in the process.

Jimenez was released on bail on Friday — and apparently told a reporter the MAGA hat had had the same effect on him as a Ku Klux Klan hood.

(Warning: Strong language appears in the video below.)
