If you regularly pass by any fun and quirky “signs of faith” on your way to work or to town to do errands, you know the lift they give your spirits and the kick they put into your day on an ongoing basis.

Jay Rogers, a native of Jacksonville, Florida, is a big fan.

And he decided to begin photographing church signs across America whenever he had the chance.

“I’ve been a professional photographer for about 10 years and am a sports photographer by trade,” he told LifeZette. “So I’m on the road a lot, and this is where the church signs come in to play.”

Rogers travels through many small towns in the eastern part of the country, “and I see a lot of churches,” he said.

“I have always been fascinated with the unique messages on church signs, as they tie into my faith in Jesus. So I decided to document them along the way.”

Rogers attends Ponte Vedra Presbyterian Church in Florida.

Below, here are four signs he’s captured recently — shared here exclusively with LifeZette.

And don’t miss the two that kicked off this article as well (one is at the top of this article, and one brought some readers straight to this piece).
