It’s a bizarre world when the former vice president of America is telling the press he would have “beaten the hell” out of our current president if both men were back in high school.

It’s an even more bizarre world when the president responds to that — and when his own vice president starts betting on who would win the potential fight.

One person was entertained by the whole thing — and used it for his own ends (of course). Late-night host Jimmy Fallon tackled a potential confrontation between President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden in his Thursday night monologue.

“Did you hear about this? First, Joe Biden said that he would have beaten up Trump in high school. Then Trump tweeted that he’d beat Biden in a fight and Biden would go down fast and hard,” said Fallon. “And women everywhere said, ‘Thank God we didn’t elect an emotional woman to lead our country.'”

On a roll now and loving it, Fallon continued, “Even though they’re both in their 70s, Biden and Trump are talking about fighting. Experts say the match would go nine rounds with 10 bathroom breaks.”

While the war of words between Biden and Trump is prime material for comedy, let’s remember that this entire exchange started with Biden. Good ol’ Uncle Joe wants to start a fight. What type of grown-up individual says he not only wants to beat up the current president — but wishes he could be back in high school to do it?

President Trump did what he always does — he bit back and bit back hard. His tweet back to Biden was actually far more entertaining and funny than Biden’s original wacko comment.
