The president makes a major address today about the country’s national security.
President Donald Trump speaks beginning at 2 p.m. ET at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, across the street from the White House in Washington, D.C.
The creation of a national security strategy is congressionally mandated, and this president has chosen to deliver a speech on the document himself — something his two immediate predecessors, Barack Obama and George W. Bush, did not do when their own strategies were published.
