What constitutes “attractive” when it comes to American cities? It’s probably a number of things, right?

Travel and Leisure came up with a list of America’s “most attractive” and “least attractive” cities — and it’s safe to say the magazine is not talking about the landscape. Of its annual ranking, Travel and Leisure noted, “The open-response survey asked respondents to submit their favorite place and rate it [across] 65 categories, including affordability, notable restaurants, and public parks.”
