These Hollywood Legends Are Very Much Alive

A surprising number of actors age 95 and over are still around — which of these seven amaze you the most?

Old Hollywood collided with new when “Golden Age” star Olivia de Havilland decided to sue FX Networks for its recent limited series, “Feud,” which examined the rivalry between actresses Bette Davis and Joan Crawford.

The 101-year-old star said the network and producers did not consult her before they rolled cameras — and she believes Catherine Zeta-Jones’ portrayal of her in the show damaged her reputation.

The show has earned 18 Emmy nominations, but Havilland is no fan. She has asked that the trial be sped up due to her age. FX vowed in a statement to “vigorously defend” its series.

It was a surprising moment, seeing a “Golden Age” star most would think of as unaware of the progress of pop culture prove she still has bite left in her.

She’s not the only star of yesteryear who’s still alive and kicking. Many “Golden Age” stars still work and are active in the business.
