One heartthrob couple displayed a beautiful pro-life message through their social media accounts.

Actors Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed married in 2015. The couple (of “Twilight” and “Vampire Diaries” fame) publicly announced the birth of their new child last week on Instagram.

“All I know for sure is it’s the strongest feeling I’ve ever felt.”

“Hi Little One,” Reed wrote in an Instagram post. “I know you, but only because I feel you. How is it possible to love someone so much already? All I know for sure is it’s the strongest feeling I’ve ever felt.”

Reed, 28, played the character Rosalie Hale in the “Twilight” series films. Her post, featuring her husband tenderly snuggling her covered “baby bump,” received over 700,000 likes.

“We’ve been sharing this body for quite some time, and we’ve already experienced so much together,” Reed wrote. “We can’t wait to meet you … Love, Your parents.”

Somerhalder, who starred as Damon Salvatore in the “Vampire Diaries” TV series, posted the same adorable photo to his Instagram account last week.

“To our friends, family, and rest of the world,” Somerhalder wrote in posting the photo. “In my 38 years on this earth I’ve never experienced anything more powerful and beautiful than this. I can’t think of anything more exciting than this next chapter, and we wanted you to hear this from us first.”

Somerhalder was raised Catholic, according to reports. Reed was born to a Jewish father and Christian mother. It’s unclear whether either Somerhalder or Reed practice a particular faith.

Yet it is clear how much the couple cherishes their expected child.

“This has been the most special time of our lives, and we wanted to keep it between the three of us for as long as possible so we could enjoy this time with each other and our little one who is growing so fast … because that’s what they do, they grow so fast,” Somerhalder wrote. “Thank you for your kind energy.”

News outlets quickly picked up on the couple’s baby announcement. Somerhalder’s post received over 2.5 million likes.

Back in 2010, MTV talked with Nikki Reed about a life-related issue in the “Twilight” series. In the movie “Breaking Dawn,” Reed’s character, Rosalie, became obsessed with the baby of “Twilight” stars Bella and Edward.

“I think that Rosalie just always wanted to be a mom, and that’s how I look at it,” Reed told MTV in 2010. “It has nothing to do with being pro-life or anything. I think it’s about her want, her need to be a mother, and this is the only opportunity she’s ever going to have, so she’s willing to let Bella die so she can have that and fulfill that, and that’s how I look at it. It’s her own personal desires.”
