Aside from all the scandals, apart from all the repeated lies, Hillary Clinton is a woman, a mother and a grandmother. She plays the roles that millions of other women will never fulfill — due in large part to her own efforts over the decades to enhance and expand the access to abortion.

Here we are, about a year after the horrific brutality of the abortion industry was revealed by intrepid reporters at the Center for Medical Progress, and … no one cares. For the better part of this past year, actually, those reporters have had to defend themselves in court against a politically-driven prosecution launched by an assistant district attorney who happens to serve on the board of directors of the Planned Parenthood Chapter featured on several videos.

Not coincidentally, that district attorney’s office also illegally provided her Planned Parenthood chapter with sealed case evidence, against the explicit orders of the Texas Attorney General’s office.

Even Planned Parenthood’s own attorney admitted in sworn filings that Planned Parenthood actively colluded with Houston prosecutors during the politically-motivated investigation and subsequent prosecution of David Daleiden, the head of the organization behind the video sting.

But surely, with such clear and demonstrable evidence of wrongdoing, charges against Planned Parenthood or the individuals exposed in the video series must have been harsh. Charges? There were none. This is the reality of the world Hillary and her fellow travelers seek to bring to us: politically motivated prosecutions, abortion as contraception, and schools where children choose their own genders.

The dissection/harvesting teams were still picking through the remains of what we used to have the courage to call a baby when Hillary dashed to a microphone to defend Planned Parenthood against these “outrageous charges.” She even championed the #StandWithPP hashtag — all without seeing a single video or examining a shred of evidence.

Of course, such a rush to judgment would be roundly panned by the media, had anyone other than Ms. Clinton been responsible, but in this case, the crafting of the narrative had already begun. The videos were “heavily edited,” and a “hoax,” a clear lie repeated with regularity by Ms. Clinton and her sycophants.

There is hardly a person of voting age in America who isn’t aware of Hillary Clinton’s slavish dedication to “choice” issues. Her political history would be the envy of the late Margaret Sanger (founder of Planned Parenthood and infamous eugenicist). Indeed, in a 2009 dialogue with House Republican Congressman Jeff Fortenberry of Nebraska, Clinton compared Sanger to Thomas Jefferson, going on to intimate that she indeed felt Sanger to be Jefferson’s superior.

She has gone on record saying access to abortion must be increased, and to do so, “deep-seated cultural codes, religious beliefs and structural biases have to be changed.”

She opposed the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, which sought to protect unborn children 20 weeks of age and older from horrifically painful late-term abortions. She has denied the clear scientific evidence that has proven conclusively that unborn children are most certainly capable of feeling pain at 20 weeks of gestation, and almost certainly capable in many cases much sooner.

Would that she only felt as strongly about defending this science as she does about propagating the junk science of human-caused climate change.

She is a favorite of Emily’s List, the radical abortion advocacy group that throws its money and organizing support behind candidates who agree to their Mengelean worldview. For a candidate to be supported by Emily’s List, they must oppose any and all limitations on access to abortion, support full tax-payer funding of abortions and be willing to fight to keep gruesome procedures such as partial-birth abortion and various dismemberment methods legal and ubiquitous.

She is the candidate of choice for Planned Parenthood and their employees. Dating from a year ago (when there were yet multiple candidates for president), she received more than 20 times the amount of money from Planned Parenthood employees than the rest of the field … combined. With her nomination, prepare to see the pro-abortion forces shovel money toward the former first lady and secretary of state faster than John Henry drove steel to beat the steam-powered hammer.

When the unconscionable behavior of Planned Parenthood was revealed in the videos discussed above, Hillary Clinton became a fierce advocate for the nation’s largest abortion mill, going so far as to record a video message expressing her personal support for the “beleaguered” organization in their time of tribulation.

So impressive was Ms. Clinton’s support that Cate Dyer, the CEO of StemExpress (the ghoulish organ and tissue procurement company featured in many of the undercover videos) was moved to give a full-throated endorsement of Ms. Clinton for president, saying “I’m a huge Hillary fan…”

In 2015, many state legislatures began tackling the issue of reasonable regulation of abortion in their states. More than 300 bills were introduced across the nation in various statehouses, dealing with issues from parental notification, informed consent, the pain of the unborn, to regulating the use of dismemberment procedures.

Hillary Clinton dismissed them all as a “dangerous trend” that is trying to restrict access to reproductive rights.

Ms. Clinton has chosen to present herself as the champion of the dispossessed, the vulnerable and the ignored. It’s safe to say, if she is truly sincere about defending the vulnerable, that commitment comes with a glaring proviso — to qualify, you must first make it out of the womb alive.
