The main Super PAC backing former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush is out with a new ad savaging fellow Floridian Marco Rubio for his record of flip-flopping on key issues, and absentee record in the Senate.

The Right to Rise PAC ad is being blasted into early state living rooms with a $3 million ad buy in Iowa and South Carolina.

Bush and his allies have heavily targeted Rubio in recent weeks, looking to prove only Bush has the experience and record to be the Establishment’s champion against Donald Trump or Ted Cruz.

The PAC’s choice to run the ad in South Carolina but not New Hampshire is particularly noteworthy. It may be Team Bush is ready to concede a poor showing in the Granite State — where Jeb languishes in sixth place at 4 percent, according to the most recent poll from Monmouth University.

Right to Rise may be targeting South Carolina for a Bush comeback after other Establishment candidates Christie, Kasich and Rubio slug it out for second place in New Hampshire.
