The time has come for the annual end-of-the-year Spend-O-Rama in Congress as the deadline to pass a continuing resolution to fund the government runs out. The national debt jets closer everyday to $19 trillion and Congress this week passed a massive $304 billion transportation package that fiscal hawks say will add to that debt.
