Musicians love their weed. A lot.

So much so that when rapper Lil Wayne jumped a chartered jet out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, last month, he immediately lit up a joint, even though the pilot told him there was no smoking on the plane. The pilot turned the jet around and landed after a 17-minute flight.

Rapper Snoop Dogg, meanwhile, was stopped by police officers last month in Sweden on suspicion of drug possession following a concert. Dogg decried the arrest as “racial profiling” and vowed never to return to Sweden (and he can’t go back to Norway, either: Banned for, wait for it … marijuana possession).

Then there’s super drug addict Keith Richard, the Rolling Stones guitarist, who at 71 said he still smokes a good bit of cannabis. “I smoke regularly, an early morning joint.” The genius praised some U.S. states for legalizing pot, adding: “Whether it’s a good thing in the long run, I don’t know.”

Here is a list of some other famous musicians who have been busted for pot (not an exhaustive list — there are just too many):

Paul McCartney
Thirty-five years ago, Sir Paul was busted at a Tokyo airport with a half pound of marijuana stuffed inside a jacket in his suitcase. It was his third pot arrest, but he did no jail time. Most of the other Beatles have been popped, too. “Band on the Run” indeed.

Willie Nelson
Perhaps more famous for his pot smoking than his music, Nelson has been arrested four times for marijuana possession, 1974, 1994, 2006 and 2010. He once smoked weed on the White House roof and bragged about it.

Carlos Santana
The world-renowned guitarist was arrested in 1991 at Houston International Airport and charged with possession of marijuana. His musical skills have been on the decline for decades.

Whitney Houston
The late singer was arrested in Hawaii for marijuana possession in 2000. The charges were dropped. She died of a drug overdose in 2012 with cocaine and marijuana in her system.

The Atlanta rapper was busted in 2010 for possession of prescription cough syrup and marijuana. But he’s used to jail — he once released an album while in the slammer.

Queen Latifah
Back in her rapping days, Latifah was arrested for possessing marijuana in 1996. Now, she sells CoverGirl cosmetics, Curvation ladies underwear, Pizza Hut and Jenny Craig.

David Lee Roth
The one-time Van Halen singer was arrested in 1994 in a New York City Park trying to buy “$10 worth of Jamaican bunk reefer” from an undercover police officer.

Rappers Galore
It might be easier to name rappers who HAVEN’T been busted for pot, but some who have include Rick Ross, Wiz Khalifah, DMX, Weezie, Lil Boosie, Notorious B.I.G., Soulja Boy, Juvenile, Jadakiss, Method Man and Kareem “Biggs” Burke, who has founds with 220 pounds of weed and $2 million in cash.

Aaron Carter
Boy wonder Carter, a huge star in the ’00s, was arrested in 2008 with a big stash of weed. He later filed for bankruptcy after not paying $3 million in taxes (must’ve been too stoned to remember).

Fiona Apple
Apple was arrested in 2012 for possession of hasish — at the same spot, a Texas checkpoint at Sierra Blanca, where Nelly, actor Armie Hammer, and the aforementioned Willie Nelson and Snoop Dogg have been busted. Her biggest hit: “Criminal.”
