Report: 3,500 Suspected Terrorists in U.K.

Despite the growing terrorist threat, arrests, stops, searches, and examinations at the U.K. border are said to be down in 2016. Hundreds of U.K.-born residents who left for Syria to fight with ISIS are now returning to their native countries — and are said to be contributing to the increased threat.
