Drug Lord to Pay for Border Wall?
Texas Sen. Ted Cruz is proposing that money seized from Mexican drug kingpin Joaquin El Chapo Guzman go toward paying for the southern border wall proposed by President Donald Trump. If the idea is implemented, $14 billion would be subject to confiscation, reportedly — along with money made from future drug lord arrests.
