Democratic pollster Cornell Belcher appeared on “The 11th Hour with Brian Williams” Thursday to discuss the GOP’s most recent proposed health care plan — and made some pretty outrageous statements.
Belcher told Williams that Republicans want to repeal Obamacare because President Obama is black. Conveniently, he failed to remember the spiking insurance premiums and crumbling exchanged nationwide.
