Actor and director Sylvester Stallone is the latest filmmaker in Hollywood to respond to claims of sexual misconduct.

According to the Daily Mail, a police report involving Stallone was filed in the 1980s by a woman who has refused to be identified.

The woman alleged she had met Stallone while he was filming 1987’s “Over the Top” in Las Vegas, when she was just 16.

Stallone would have been 40 at the time.

She said she visited the movie star at a hotel, and eventually Stallone physically forced her to perform sexual acts on his bodyguard at the time — Mike De Luca, who died in 2013 — which she did not want to do. Though she was only 16 at the time, she told police she and Stallone had consensual intercourse before the incident with the bodyguard.

Before she left Stallone, the “Rocky” star allegedly threatened her and told her not to tell anyone about what happened or he would “beat her head in.”

Though she filed the report, she did not end up pressing charges. The police also reportedly did not feel that they had sufficient evidence to launch their own investigation.

Through a representative, Stallone denied the event ever occurred. The rep told Fox News and other media outlets, “This is a ridiculous, categorically false story. No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr. Stallone. At no time was Mr. Stallone ever contacted by authorities or anyone else regarding this matter.”

The Daily Mail report comes at a very bad time for the 71-year-old filmmaker. After other such accusations against people such as Harvey Weinstein, Kevin Spacey, and Louis C.K., their careers have essentially burned to the ground — and rightfully so, if they were guilty of even half of the crimes of which they were accused.

Victims feel more empowered right now than ever before in and around Hollywood.

However, despite the timing of the report, it is unlikely Stallone will be affected professionally by the news. He’s currently working on a sequel to the 2015 hit “Creed” and will probably continue to do so, as long as this remains a solo incident from an anonymous source.

However, victims feel more empowered right now than ever before in and around Hollywood — so those who may have had a pattern of misbehavior or misconduct, even years ago, need to watch themselves.
