It ain’t over ’til it’s over. Celebrities have been working overtime in the final days before the election, and it’s no surprise who they are rooting for. Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign has essentially become one concert after another — with little talk of policies.

The latest in the celebrity arsenal was Jon Bon Jovi, who held a first come-first serve concert in Charlotte, North Carolina, on Sunday night (he also played another concert, in Florida, over the weekend). Bon Jovi has played several concerts already for Clinton, and he will also join Bruce Springsteen for another Hillary event at Independence Hall in Philadelphia on Monday night — right before the election.

Athletes are also part of Clinton’s last-minute cavalry.

As Clinton has struggled to excite the liberal base and millennials, she has become more and more reliant on celebrities to bring out the crowds, especially in the waning hours of her campaign. After all, a free ticket, some cool music, a fun time in November — why not?

Besides the highly publicized — and criticized — weekend concert with Jay Z and Beyoncé, and another with Katy Perry, other celebrities stumping for Clinton include LeBron James, Stevie Wonder, and Shonda Rhimes.

Performing the same night as Bon Jovi, fellow musician James Taylor rallied for Clinton in Manchester, New Hampshire, where polls show the race has become very tight between the two major candidates.

Also doing some last-minute crooning for Clinton was Stevie Wonder in Philadelphia on Friday. Behind his keyboard-playing tunes like “You Are the Sunshine of My Life,” Wonder made sure to throw in enough political digs to confirm why he was performing at a “Love Trumps Hate” concert.

Wonder said of Hillary Clinton, “I’ve had a chance to get to know her in her heart.” He had no such kind words for Trump, calling him “a reality-show star who is not showing reality,” as Philly.com noted.

Free concerts aren’t Clinton’s only card trick in the last days of her campaign. “Scandal” and “Grey’s Anatomy” creator Shonda Rhimes praised Hillary in Delaware. It was Saturday afternoon when Rhimes called the current election “the most important presidential race that we’re likely to see in our lifetime.”

Sticking mainly to bringing down Donald Trump, Rhimes gushed, “I can’t invent a character who is more fierce, more intelligent, more interesting, more complex, more intensely overqualified than Hillary Clinton.”

At a similar event to entice young voters and citizens wary of Clinton to vote Democrat, “Will & Grace” actress Debra Messing teamed with Ed Rendell, former governor of Pennsylvania, at The Knock restaurant in Philadelphia, where she donned a shirt that bluntly said, “Vaginas Against Trump.”

Along with musicians, TV producers, and stars, athletes are also a part of Clinton’s last-minute cavalry. Basketball star LeBron James spoke in Cleveland, Ohio, Sunday afternoon. “A lot of times black people don’t vote because they don’t feel like their votes count,” James told Cleveland.com. He continued, “You talk to a black person and they say, ‘I’m not voting because I don’t think my vote matters.’ That’s my message, that voting does matter.”

“Game of Thrones” author George R.R. Martin took time on Friday to visit with Clinton volunteers in New Mexico, where he encouraged early voting. Martin has written a handful of blogs about the election against Donald Trump.

The weekend also brought “Girls” star Lena Dunham’s latest attempt to embarrass herself and discredit any legitimate views she may have (she once compared a vote for Obama to losing her virginity). Dunham released a rap music video through “Funny or Die” in which she called Clinton “the nation’s baddest grandmother.” Containing about zero laughs, it’s a last-minute bow to Queen Clinton by an artist who is anything but the counter-cultural millennial some believe her to be.

While celebrities put themselves in overdrive to sell something many people don’t want, the election has somehow gotten even more heated and strained even more relationships. Actor Robert De Niro, who has said he’d like to “punch” Donald Trump, attended a fundraiser over the weekend and made his views on Trump supporters more than clear.

The outspoken Hillary fan refused to take a picture with Arnold Schwarzenegger, the former governor of California. According to Variety, when “The Terminator” actor wanted a picture, De Niro said, “If you’re supporting Trump, I want nothing to do with you.”

Before Schwarzenegger could explain, De Niro walked away, leaving with, “If you’re not part of the solution, then you’re part of the problem.”

The irony of De Niro’s blind rage is that despite being a Republican, Schwarzenegger has never endorsed Trump — and has made clear on Twitter he will not be voting for the real estate mogul.

Meanwhile, Trump has been attracting huge crowds to his final campaign events — as he has been for many, many months — without the celebrity pandering of his opponent.. As he told a packed Pennsylvania event on Friday, “I didn’t have to bring J-Lo or Jay Z. I am here all by myself. Just me. No guitar, no piano, no nothing.” He also said on Saturday that he’s doing it “the old-fashioned way” — because Americans want to hear his ideas for fixing the country.
