Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has sued Nevada over a county official’s decision to keep early voting stations open later than posted hours.

It was the first step in Trump possibly challenging Nevada’s results. The state has seen massive early voting in Clark County, home of Las Vegas.

The polling site was supposed to close at 8 p.m. Friday. It stayed open until 10 p.m. Friday, and took new voters in after the deadline.

In a lawsuit filed today, the Trump campaign accused the Clark County registrar of keeping an early voting location open for two extra hours to aid Democratic turnout, according to Politico.

State officials are reviewing the complaint.

According to Politico, Trump’s campaign alleges a polling location in the county, scheduled to close at 8 p.m. on Nov. 4, stayed open to accommodate everyone who got in line until 10 p.m.

At least 150 voters and as many as 300 voters entered the station to vote after the deadline but during the extension, the report said.

Nevada allows voters “in the chute” or in a line at poll closing to remain on site, and to vote eventually. Nevada GOP officials said the Clark County extension went further than that.

On Friday night, Nevada GOP Chairman Michael McDonald complained that a polling location in a Hispanic neighborhood in Las Vegas was kept open improperly, according to NBC News. Trump called it evidence of a “rigged system.”
