Voters have the right to know if 68-year-old Hillary Clinton is physically and neurologically capable of serving as president. The Democratic nominee has suffered multiple health episodes and issues not only over recent months, but over a period of years — so she should release her full medical records. She should also submit to a new and independent medical exam, and share that with the American people. If she’s got nothing to hide — what is she hiding?

She should be forthright about her health status. She’s running for the highest office in the land, and there are questions.

Many people are concerned about her health, including doctors and other medical professionals who have not examined her. Based on revealing new interviews with some of these individuals, here is a startling breakdown of conditions Hillary Clinton might be hiding from the American public — based on close observation and informed medical judgment. Topping the list of concerns is serious neurological impairment. (Many doctors did not want to go on the record; some feared professional rebuke.)

‘She Has a Progressive Neurological Disorder’
“I believe Mrs. Clinton has a progressive neurological disorder,” said Dr. Daniel Kassicieh, a board-certified neurologist in Sarasota, Florida. He is also medical director of the Florida Headache and Movement Disorder Center and has been in practice for over 20 years.

“Her total collapse after leaving the 9/11 ceremony was telling. She couldn’t stand under her own power,” said Kassicieh. “If not for the people around her, we would have seen Mrs. Clinton flat on the ground in a full-blown medical emergency.”

Kassicieh has not seen Clinton’s medical records. “The videos and multiple documented instances themselves, however, submit clear facts that can’t be contradicted. Based on her collapse on 9/11 in New York, she was not suffering from simple dehydration and pneumonia. I see exhausted and dehydrated older people almost every day in my practice — and they just don’t go down like that. Period.”

Kassicieh outlined other health events Clinton has experienced. “Mrs. Clinton has had multiple falls, a fracture, and a blood clot, as well as memory difficulties that her husband himself said — after her 2012 fall — took her ‘six months of hard work’ to recover from.”

This is where the Clinton team’s carefully crafted spin does not match medical fact. “Dehydration leading to a simple fall and ‘mild concussion’ doesn’t take six months to recover from,” said Kassicieh. “My greater concern is the concussion that caused this six-month recovery time, and her memory lapses, which continue. At one time, she couldn’t attend the Benghazi hearings because she reportedly was not well enough from the concussion to testify — which would point to a more insidious underlying problem. Her lack of stamina, recurrent exhaustion, recurrent syncopal attacks, and chronic coughing are more suggestive of undisclosed, underlying heart disease. This would better explain her various medical/neurological attacks and the need for continued use of powerful blood thinners.”

‘She Strikingly Had No Recall Whatsoever, Such as During Her FBI Testimony’
Kassicieh believes Clinton also has post-concussion syndrome. This condition is characterized by easy fatigue, difficulty concentrating, impaired memory, word-finding difficulty, and “brain freezes.”

The neurologist’s comments lead to a key point: If Clinton truly cannot remember multiple critical facts during her multiple recorded testimonies, she would seem to have a serious neurological impairment. If she does not have this impairment, then she is lying to authorities and to the American people.

“There are multiple instances where she strikingly has had no recall whatsoever, such as during her FBI testimony,” noted Kassicieh. “I would be concerned if any patient of mine exhibited her symptoms. A CEO of a major corporation, let alone the president of the United States, cannot tolerate high periods of stress and large amounts of continuous data input when suffering from post-concussion syndrome. They simply cannot function adequately under stress.”

Dr. Lisa Bardack, Clinton’s personal physician, said the candidate is fit to serve via a letter the campaign made public.

But “remember, Bardack is paid by Mrs. Clinton,” said Kassicieh. “She is not going to release anything or say anything that is harmful to Hillary Clinton. Bardack is a person whose health reports are subject to scrutiny. We can’t be certain that what she says is factual and accurate.”

What is necessary, said Kassecieh, is that Clinton release her full medical records for independent review by certified specialists — neurology, endocrinology, and “maybe even hematology, since we know she takes blood thinners,” he said.

Kassecieh points out other instances of what to him, as a medical professional, seem obvious inconsistencies — most notably the timeline and the events surrounding Clinton’s behavior on Sept. 11, 2016.

“In a situation of dehydration and acute pneumonia in a 68-year-old, that individual should be rushed to the hospital,” said Kassecieh. “Acute bacterial pneumonia in an older person is an emergency. The patient should not go to anyone’s apartment to recuperate. It strains credulity even further when someone is not rushed to a hospital.”

Doctors are not satisfied with Bardack’s letter of fitness regarding Clinton. “All we’ve seen are heavily edited, very precisely written ‘word speak’ by her physician,” said one professional.

He added, “It was remarkable that 24 to 48 hours after her collapse, Clinton was out campaigning. Recovery from a bacterial pneumonia — even back to functional status — takes a minimum of six to eight weeks,” he said. “It would be medically impossible to come back from acute bacterial pneumonia in two days.”

‘She Has a Gait Disorder,’ Indicative of Neurological Impairment
“Mrs. Clinton also has a gait disorder, I believe,” said Kassecieh. “That is evidenced by her reported falls over the years, as well as her instability when walking. This is further evidence of continuing neurological impairment.”

A physician’s observations of how a patient walks is a key part of any neurological examination. Neurologists look for strength, coordination, balance, and sensation — and how all of that works together.

Hillary Clinton has a history of hiding serious health conditions. Dr. Connie Mariano, the first female White House physician and a Navy rear admiral, was the physician in 1998 when Clinton had a blood clot in her leg — and said Clinton passed it off, even to her staff, as a pulled muscle.

In her book, “The White House Doctor: My Patients Were Presidents,” Mariano revealed that “very few” people actually knew the truth about Clinton’s clot — and that Clinton traveled with a nurse disguised in plain clothes during that time.

The combination of serious medical questions and a pattern of skirting transparency over the years is a concern and a red flag.

‘She Has a History of Transverse Cerebral Venous Sinus Clot’
Jane Orient, director of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS), says an independent medical evaluation of Clinton is critical. “The question we need answered is this: Is she cognitively impaired?” she told LifeZette. “We know she has a history of a transverse cerebral venous sinus clot, and although her doctor [Bardack] has said it is completely dissolved, that would be unusual.” Orient said a transverse sinus clot “is very likely to lead to increased intracranial pressure, which can cause double vision, other visual impairments, balance problems, headaches, and other neurological impairments.”

Orient said such intracranial pressure can be life-threatening. “It can cause problems with eye movements — which we have seen with Mrs. Clinton — as well as memory problems and brain fog.”

‘She May Have a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)’
Orient thinks Clinton may have a traumatic brain injury (TBI) from her 2012 fall. “People with TBI may look OK — they may be able to walk and talk — but they can’t concentrate. They have emotional disabilities. They can’t sleep,” she said. “If you run cognitive tests, you find they are seriously impaired. This is what must be known: Has Hillary Clinton had a really good test for TBI? Has she had the proper neurocognitive brain evaluation?”

Orient says a traumatic brain injury “causes neurological damage, which is likely to persist, causing long-term neurological impairment (memory, judgment, reasoning, and other cognitive problems).”

Dr. Ramin Oskoui, a cardiologist in the Washington, D.C., area, is also CEO of Foxhall Cardiology PC. “Given her history of closed head injury, we need to see all of Hillary Clinton’s neurologic records,” he said. “She certainly has had at least one MRI, and probably sees a neurologist on a regular basis. I’m puzzled as to why, after the 2012 traumatic brain injury — after the skull fracture and a blood clot on a large vein in her brain — how it is possible that neurology records aren’t available.”

As a doctor who prescribes anti-coagulation medication like Warfarin, Oskoui said, “I’m also curious as to why that drug was chosen, and not some of the newer agents that are less labile in their blood-thinning effects.”

Oskoui is not satisfied with Bardack’s letter of fitness regarding Clinton. “All we’ve seen are heavily edited, very precisely written ‘word speak’ by her physician,” he said. “I’d be interested to know how many patients Bardack actually sees now — or is she on full-blown retainer to Clinton?”

Orient, director of the AAPS, sounds an alarm that goes beyond medical concerns. “We don’t know if it will be Huma Abedin who will actually be president — or someone else. We just don’t know.”

Given all of this, the American voting public deserves to know who they might elect as president. This includes a full disclosure of this candidate’s health status and any ongoing medical and neurological problems. Before Nov. 8, Hillary Clinton must answer the one big question that she has not yet addressed and seems loath to go near: Have you ever been diagnosed with a neurological disorder?
