MSNBC hosts Mika Brzezinski and Joe Scarborough continued a theme the pair first struck last week, suggesting the president of the United States is mentally or medically deficient without a shred of supporting evidence.

“You can argue that this president is completely incompetent, maybe even has some issues medically,” Brzezinski said on “Morning Joe” Tuesday morning.

Last Tuesday, Scarborough asserted that Trump may have dementia.

“Presidential historian Doug Brinkley … described the President’s confused mental state,” Scarborough noted.

“I saw the transcripts from just the rambling, talking about Andrew Jackson and the Civil War. We’ve seen him try to bluff his way through things before,” Scarborough said. “My mother’s had dementia for 10 years,” he said. “That sounds like the sort of thing my mother would say today … It’s beyond the realm,” he said.

The budding diagnosticians, who were recently engaged to be wed, offered up some other possible ailments that allegedly fit Trump’s alleged symptoms.

“You know, perhaps it’s exhaustion. Perhaps it’s the weight of the job, the pressure of the job,” said Scarborough. “Anxiety,” Brzezinski responded.

“Not diagnosing,” said Brzezinski. “We’re analyzing, that’s for sure,” she said. “We’re not diagnosing anything,” agreed Scarborough, somewhat dishonestly. “But there is no doubt that there is something impacting his thought process. Perhaps it is exhaustion.”
