The First Family might be moving out of the White House — but they’re hardly downgrading. Located in D.C.’s Kalorama neighborhood, their new 8,200-square-foot mansion is decked out with eight bedrooms and nine-and-a-half bathrooms.

And don’t forget about the gracious living rooms, the gorgeous oversized terrace with formal gardens, and the courtyard.

Oh, and if you were wondering where all of the extra parking spots in Washington, D.C. suddenly went, they’re at the Obamas’ new home. The family will have enough parking for at least 10 vehicles.
