The moms of children slain by illegal immigrants were front and center at a Donald Trump rally in Austin, Texas, Tuesday night as the GOP candidate highlighted their pain. To prevent further harm to Americans by illegal immigrants, Trump promised to close the borders.

“Today I met with the moms of incredible American children killed by illegal immigrants as a result of the politics of Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama,” Trump told the cheering crowd.

“We are with you 100 percent, and your children did not die in vain,” Trump told the mothers of victims.

“Hillary Clinton will never meet with these families,” the GOP candidate said. “She will never hear their incredible but so sad stories. She will never hear them. She doesn’t have the heart — believe me.”

“We are with you 100 percent, and your children did not die in vain,” Trump told the mothers, turning to each of them. He had met with them earlier in the day.

The candidate embraced the mothers one by one, who were joined by Border Patrol agents on stage — and one of the agents warned those in attendance that their homes and the country as a whole will not be safe until Trump is elected president.

Agnes Gibboney, who came to this country legally from Hungary, said her only son, Ronald, was murdered by an illegal alien. She said Donald Trump was “the only one that’s going to protect your children from being slaughtered like my son was.”

Three-quarters of unauthorized immigrants live in 117 counties with the largest unauthorized population, of which the top five counties — Los Angeles County, CA; Harris County, TX; Cook County, IL; Orange County, CA; and Dallas County, TX — accounted for 21 percent of these immigrants.

Another mother, Laura Wilkerson, said her son was tortured, beaten, murdered, and set on fire — and warned all citizens that this can happen to anyone. “If this can happen to my family, it can happen to yours,” she said. “I am looking forward to voting for Mr. Trump, who will end this slaughter of Americans,” she added. She said in a town hall with Trump that aired on “Hannity” last night, “Every one of our kids should be here with us today.”

Trump said Hillary Clinton aims to “fling open the floodgates to our borders, let everybody in — open up our country, let people pour in,” if she is elected president, adding she is planning a “massive amnesty” of illegals.

“It’s going to be a nightmare for our country, just like it’s turning out to be an absolute nightmare for Europe. Just ask them what’s going on,” Trump said.

Clinton is even more liberal about the borders than President Obama. “Clinton’s pledge not to deport any illegal immigrants except violent criminals and terrorists represents a major break from President Obama,” The Washington Post reported in May, “and it could vastly increase the number of people who are allowed to stay in the country.”

“He’s the only one that’s going to protect your children from being slaughtered like my son was,” said one mother.

Not content with the massive numbers of illegals already in the U.S., Clinton seems to be recruiting even more, writing in an Aug. 15 post on Medium.com of DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals), “Experts estimate almost half a million people are still eligible, particularly in the Asian-American and Pacific Islander community.”

The Texas crowd chanted “Lock her up!” in reference to Clinton and her multiple scandals Tuesday night in Austin — and Trump repeated his call for a special prosecutor to investigate her.

As part of his pledge to restore law and order, Trump also promised to round up gangs and cartels. “I will appoint federal officials and investigators who will work hand-in-hand with police and citizens to dismantle gangs, cartels, and criminal syndicates terrorizing our people,” he said.

“I will appoint prosecutors who will go into the most dangerous communities in America and work to liberate our citizens from violence and fear. All citizens deserve to be protected,” he vowed.
