Horrendous details have emerged from Mosul, Iraq, since Iraqi armed forces liberated the town from radical Islamic extremists’ control.

What appears to be a receipt for the sale of a young woman has circulated on social media, according to a Daily Mail report.

Though the publication could not verify the document, “the handwritten note, signed with fingerprints, appears to show” a bill for the sale of 20-year-old woman. The document alleges that an individual, Abu Monem, “bought” the woman for $1,500.

The identity of the woman — described as physically fit with brown eyes — is not known.

Earlier reports from the region revealed that Iraqi troops rescued at least 200 girls and women from ISIS militants, who had enslaved them inside a church.

“We found documents where they questioned them about their age, whether married or single, virgin or not, period or not,” 1st Lt. Waseem Nenwaya, a member of the Iraqi forces, told Fox News. The paperwork was found inside the historic Syrian Orthodox Church of St. Ephraim.

The ISIS terror group has targeted women in the religious minorities, such as the Yazidi people. The group took thousands of Yazidi women and children in 2014 and kept them captive.

For example, an advertisement on the Telegram messaging app listed a 12-year-old virgin girl for a price of $12,500.

“The posting in Arabic appeared on an encrypted conversation along with ads for kittens, weapons and tactical gear. It was shared with the Associated Press by an activist with the minority Yazidi community, whose women and children are being held as sex slaves by the extremists,” the AP reported in July 2016.
