Several angry Chick-fil-A guests caused quite a stir at a Jacksonville, Florida, restaurant this week, as two women trashed the place with condiment packets and straws — and even caused kids to cry.

And why did they act so disgracefully?

A teenage boy allegedly wanted a refund after he received chicken nuggets that were “cold.” The women, who entered the store after him, then proceeded to fly off the handle, even after staff said they had given the boy a cash refund.

Video footage shows the women harassing the staff at the counter of the River City location — then throwing items on the floor.

One witness said the angry women acted “the sorriest way a person could” in that situation. Allison Music, a college student in Florida, posted video footage of the scene on Facebook. She had come into the restaurant, ordered for herself and watched, horrified, as events unfolded. She also wrote, “I give kudos to Chick-fil-A for handling this situation in a very reasonable manner.”

The Chick-fil-A company is well known for its charity work and its commitment to faith, even closing its stores every Sunday.

Said Music of the incredible situation the customers caused, “I walk in and this teenage boy is arguing with the workers along with another male. I have no idea what they are arguing about — I just know the boy is making a complete fool of himself. This goes on for a good 15 or 20 minutes.”

The manager had locked the door by then, Music wrote on Facebook, but the two females proceeded to “bust the glass and pull and jiggle the door handle [until] the door handle literally breaks off the door.”

Music had already paid for her food and was waiting to receive her order. By that time, patrons had been told to remain in place as the police were on the way.

“There were kids at Chick-fil-A while this was going on, and anyone should be embarrassed to act the way these two females did tonight,” said Allison Music in her Facebook post. “There were kids crying, they were so scared.”

Law enforcement is investigating, according to a report.
