Trump landed in Rome on Tuesday after leaving Israel.

“Air Force One landed at Leonardo da Vinci airport, where Trump and his wife Melania were greeted by Italian Foreign Minister Angelino Alfano,” Reuters reported from Rome. “The pair were then driven to the residence of the U.S. ambassador in the heart of Rome.”

Trump has thus far visited Saudi Arabia and Israel on this significant foreign trip.

“During my travels, I have seen many hopeful signs that lead me to believe that we can truly achieve a more peaceful future for this region and for people of all faiths and all beliefs and, frankly, all over the world,” Trump said Monday in Jerusalem.

One of the goals of Trump’s trip has been to promote economic prosperity worldwide.

“Our goal is a coalition of nations who share the aim of stamping out extremism and providing our children a hopeful future that does honor to God,” Trump said in Saudi Arabia over the weekend.
