War continues to rage in Iraq as ISIS commits atrocities against the people the terror group enslaves.

Many in the West wonder what they can do to help — but Franklin Graham and his organization have begun setting up hospitals for those needing medical attention in the area.

The group has kept the public abreast of its projects in the region through Facebook posts and videos.

One video posted below contains the caption:

“We are setting up an emergency field hospital in Iraq to help those injured during the fight to liberate Mosul and the surrounding area. Please continue to pray for this team as they work to meet the many needs in Iraq.”

The group has decided to equip the people there with the medicinal aid they desperately need. The website is collecting donations for the effort, which it describes thus: “Samaritan’s Purse has sent an emergency field hospital equipped with an emergency room, two operating rooms, nearly 50 beds, and more than 70 staff to the Plains of Nineveh. We are treating injuries from gunfire, mortar rounds, and other explosives as many dozens are harmed daily in the conflict between Iraqi and coalition forces and ISIS militants in Mosul.”

Franklin Graham himself has visited this field hospital, dedicating it recently and recording a video shared on Facebook.

The caption says: “Today, Franklin Graham dedicated our Emergency Field Hospital in Iraq. This hospital is located in the Plains of Nineveh and designed to treat those injured in the battle to liberate Mosul. Please [pray] for the patients and our staff serving them in Jesus’ name.”
