Former National Security Agency official William Binney said Tuesday the NSA likely has copies of all of Hillary Clinton’s deleted emails from her tenure as secretary of state — and that the FBI could access the emails, if desired.

Binney suggested someone at the NSA might have been involved in the recent leak of damning Democratic National Committee emails and alleged that same person could have their hands on Clinton’s home-brew email server messages — thought to be permanently deleted.

“They have them all and the FBI can get them right there.”

Referencing testimony that was given before the Senate Judiciary Committee in March 2011 by then-FBI Director Robert S. Mueller, Binney emphasized that Mueller boasted of the FBI’s ability to access and use a variety of databases “to track down known and suspected terrorists.”

“Now what [Mueller] is talking about is going into the NSA database, which is shown of course in the [Edward] Snowden material released, which shows a direct access into the NSA database by the FBI and the CIA. Which there is no oversight of — by the way. So that means that NSA and a number of agencies in the U.S. government also have those emails,” Binney said Sunday on the “Aaron Klein Investigative Radio” program. “So if the FBI really wanted them they can go into that database and get [the emails] right now.”

Binney, whose career with the NSA spanned more than 30 years, became infamous after he acted as a whistleblower and resigned in October 2001 in order to condemn the NSA’s data collection policies.

When Klein asked Binney if he thought the NSA had copies of “all” of Clinton’s deleted emails from her private server, Binney said, “Yes.”

“That would be my point. They have them all and the FBI can get them right there,” Binney responded.

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has promised new leaks that will contain “a lot more material” about Clinton and be relevant to the U.S. elections.

Although Assange refused to reveal the sources for the DNC hack, Clinton’s campaign has pushed the narrative of a Russian connection.

“We know that Russian intelligence services, which is part of the Russian government, which is under the firm control of Vladimir Putin, hacked into the DNC. And we know that he arranged for a lot of those emails to be released,” Clinton told “Fox News Sunday” host Chris Wallace over the weekend.

CIA Director John Brennan has urged Americans not to jump to conclusions about the source of the hack.
